The http://www.727fashion.com/ website is comprised of various web pages operated by 727 FASHION.

The website http://www.727fashion.com/ is offered to the user conditioned on users acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). The use of http://www.727fashion.com constitutes users' agreement to all such terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for reference.

Customer consent to receive electronic communications and customer agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide electronically, via e- mails and on the website, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Overnight Shipping

We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped out. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer cancel the order. If customer wishes to cancel an order after the order is shipped, customer will be responsible for any shipping fees that occurred, due to the cancellation. The order must be returned back to us before any refunds are issued. No refunds for shipping will be granted. Shipping Address

We will not send orders placed with either a P.O. Box billing address nor shipping address. Both addresses must be a complete address. Billing address MUST be the same for the card being used. If shipping address is an alternative address, customers will be contacted to confirm shipping address. If phone number provided is invalid the order will be cancelled! Account

If customer use this website, they are responsible for maintaining the confidentially of the account and password. It is customers responsibility to restrict access to their account. Furthermore, customer agrees to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under the account. Customer may not assign or otherwise transfer the account to any other person or entity. Customer acknowledges that 727 FASHION is not responsible for third party access to their account that results from theft or misappropriation of the account. 727 FASHION and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Use of Communication Services

The website may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, new groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other messages or communication facilities designed to enable customer to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, “Communication Services”). Customer agrees to use the communication services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular communication service.

By way of example, and not as a limitation, customer agrees that when using a communication service, customer will not: defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others; publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.

International Users

The service is controlled, operated and administered by 727 FASHION from our offices within the US. If customer accesses the service from a location outside the US, customer is responsible for compliance with all local laws. Customer agrees that they will not use the 727 FASHION content accessed through www.727fashion.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulation.

International order can be picked up by shipping company - Once they pick up the order, we are not responsible for the merchandise.

Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 727 FASHION, its offers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of the use of or inability to use the website or services, any user postings made by customers, the violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. 727 FASHION reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by customer, in which event customer will fully cooperate with 727 FASHION in asserting any available defenses.

Termination

727 FASHION reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to the website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Customer hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Florida in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the website. Use of the website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions; including, without limitation, this section.

Customer agrees that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exist between customer and 727 FASHION as a result of this agreement or use of the Site. 727 FASHION’S performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of 727 FASHION'S right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement request or requirements relating to customer uses of the website or information provided to or gathered by 727 FASHION with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Return Policy

We do not accept Returns.

All SALE items are FINAL SALE.

If any item is delivered damaged customer has 48 hours to contact us for assistance, (It is the customer's responsibility to check for any damaged clothing upon opening the package once it's delivered. It is also the customer's responsibility to notify us of any issues regarding their order within the 48 hours.)

Credit Card Verification

727 FASHION reserves the right to verify all credit card transactions made on www.727fashion.com, We will ask customer to send over a copy of the credit card used to verify the name and last 4 digits of the card. This is only used to ensure the card matches the account holder's name. Failure to provide verification when prompted will result in the order being cancelled and refunded. We prohibit the use of another person's credit card/debit that does not belong to the account holder or the account holder's business. In the event another person's card is used, the order will be subject to cancellation.

Item Unavailable Refund Policy

727 FASHION reserves the right to refund an item from an order after the order is placed due to the item being unavailable at the time of processing. In the event the item is not available a refund for the item will be initiated and sent to the customer. The remaining order will be shipped out to the customer to avoid delays in processing times.

Order Not Received Policy

In the event the order is missing or not received, please contact us ASAP regarding the order. Please e- mail us at kingpricesolutions@gmail.com with the order number. If the order says "delivered" on UPS website, but the order is not in customers possession please contact us right away. We will contact UPS on customers behalf and request an investigation. In the event customers does not contact us within 1-3 business days after UPS shows a "delivered" status on the UPS tracking website, then we may not be able to assist in locating the package. Please note, if customer claims the order was not received past the 1-3 business day mark from when UPS marks the order as "delivered", we reserve the right to no longer grant customer access to www.727fashion.com

Disputing/Chargebacks on Orders via Credit/Debit Card Or Paypal Policy

We have a ZERO tolerance policy when it comes to filing a dispute/chargeback with your bank/financial institution or Paypal. Once a dispute is opened, the account will be automatically terminated. There are no exceptions for this policy, once a dispute is placed against us by the customer we will no longer grant them access to www.727fashion.com regardless of the outcome.

Pick Up Order Policy

Pick up orders are typically ready within the same business day. Customer must present a VALID PHOTO ID when picking up orders at our location. All pick up orders can only be picked up by the person that placed the order. We may or may not require a credit card verification in which the card that was used for the order must be presented at the time of pick up. We will hold pick up orders for a maximum of 7 business days from when the order is placed. After 7 business days, the order will be cancelled, and we may incur a 30% restock fee.

The website www.727fashion.com is a secure site. Once customer enters our checkout page, customer is on a secure server, using what is called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. The credit card and personal information is encrypted, when transmitted to us and are stored in a safe environment. www.727fashion.com only secures the pages that contain customers personal information including credit card number. This helps us keep the site quick and efficient.
